Washing my vehicle for the first time since I had it power polished by Ming Shine. All I can say is I'm unimpressed with the left over polish residue left in every nook and cranny of the vehicle. From door jams and door handles, to fender flares, to inside the fuel door and on the rear tailgate plastics and rubber. I spent over an hour today cleaning it off and in some areas, like the plastic and rubber, I can't get it off. Not only will it not come off but the brand new plastic panels that were installed when I had the tailgate replaced in December now have light scratches on it. I will need to use some kind of solution to get the residue off of the plastics when I have more time. The only things I was happy with was the minor dent they repaired. Ming will never see me as a paying customer again.

Ming always goes above and beyond with their service. Top notch. Truck never looked so good, They called me to do due diligence so that they were 100% sure they wouldn't mess up the matte on my rims, then even fixed some stuff on my tailgate that I didn't ask them to fix. I was blown away by the work. I'll be back on the regular.
