Excellent company. Had a great time dealing with Darcy. He answered my questions, helped me with my options for my hot water tank, hone air quality filter and humidifier. The service guys were awesome too. Gary and Stephen were professional and easy to deal with, they masked up so I didn’t have to worry and they answered my questions clearly and professionally. They cleaned up after the job was done and I didn’t have to worry about anything. The pricing was competitive and the best part was they were fast and flexible which made it extra easy for me. Everything was done with a call and all follow ups were done by email. I got a noticed when they would come so I didn’t wait around all day. I like that they respect my time as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was able to book the service via text, which was very convenient. They were responsive, and showed up on time. Luke and Steve were very efficient in installing the heater and were friendly. Will have to see how the tank fares but happy with the service I received!
We had Rob from Modern clean our furnace ducts and A/C coils (inside and outside) and dryer vent. What an amazing job! Was so kind, friendly, and super clean. So happy with modern and they will be our choice from now on! Thanks again.

Darcy has managed all plumbing maintenance in our home that we bought in 2010. I had a clogged kitchen drain recently and asked him to come out and snake. He said he was very busy but said he would try his best to get out today or tomorrow the latest. Just a couple of hours later I got a call from one of his field guys Luc who advised me he was coming out immediately to fix the problem. The problem is now fixed. Happy wife happy life ;-)
