Anthony came to our house and was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, helpful, and so knowledgeable. He explained to me everything that he was doing so I understood what was going on and taught me a few things. Would recommend him to anyone and will have him back if we ever require his services again! Thanks Anthony!

Updated Info: *********** After getting the initial tankless and toilets we went with a softener as well. I've added some photos as they did an exception job on clean lines and runs for gas and water. Even the drain was logically placed to avoid tripping! But, I'm not done here. Just as they were finishing up, I was lamenting on needing a gas line for my natural gas BBQ. They handled that too. While taking care of that, my wife mentioned and lamented on the need of a garage heater at this new house. You got it, they handled that like champs! Again, clean runs on the lines, even the exhaust line, and ran the thermostat to the garage door for ease of location! Brenden walked us through the operational use of the heater and we are really happy with the results! Again, there is no one else I'd recommend for these services, thanks Mr Rooter team! *********** I usually cannot be bothered to write a review unless my experience is above or below my expectations. Well, Mr. Rooter, where to begin on their professionalism and manners, amazing service, exquisite attention to detail, flexible scheduling, the list goes on. They first helped at my previous house with a pipe issue and this is where I was introduced to Brenden. I didn't hesitate to directly request Brenden's services at my current house when I needed a hot water tank and toilet replacements. We were so happy with their work again and love our Navien. Brenden goes above and beyond, sets expectations, is very honest and has high standards of himself and his entire team on site. They did an amazing job with limited space, were safe, clean/tidy and respectful of our schedules. Not only do I recommend them to friends and family, I will not hesitate to call if I need any future service. Keep up the great work everyone at Mr. Rooter! I have not come across any other plumbing companies yet that could consistently exceed my expectations, if you need something in the Edmonton area, give them a call!
Update: It was an obvious lack of communication, possibly on both parties, however would have been nice to be told we should replace the cartridge's one more time once the new water would be installed. Explanation wasn't clear at all, just stated we needed a new tank. Not Impressed to say the least! First was quoted 50 for coming out to determine the issue with my tub faucets only. No other tap was giving me issues. Than charges me 150 for a diagnostic fee advising me we need a new hot water tank. Well we hired another contractor to install based on the advice of Mr Rooter serviceman, but at a way better price. However problem hasn’t been solved, spoke to another plumber who advised if it was the tank that was the issue it would affect all my taps not just the tub. Cartridges replaced and boom have my hot water tap working again. Didn’t even bother to look at anything else just determined my tank needed to be replaced cause it was 8 years old. Yet I wasn’t having any issues with any other hot water tap in the house. Just both tub faucets which resulted in a faulty cartridges. This could have been a way cheaper fix. Should have gotten a second opinion, but thought they were trustworthy.
My tenant was having trouble with her toilet so I asked Mr. Rooter to take a look. Evan came right on time and called me once he’d taken a look at the toilet. He gave me options for repair and replacement and since the toilet was old I decided replacing was the way to go. I was incredibly pleased with how upfront Evan was with the price and how quickly he got the work done. Would absolutely recommend this service.
Called them to get help with a plugged drain and a replacement of hot water tank. Telephone experience was very positive. Arranged a time for the next day that was convenient for me. Scott and a helper came at the arranged time and were very professional. They explained things and worked quickly to resolve both issues. Then they did a super clean-up job. Everything is working great now.
