Very poor customer service. I bought some oil about two weeks ago and used our company's account and paid cash. Which was great. I went in to get some anti-freeze. I told them I had an account. The person behind the counter told that I couldn't use the account. I explained to the clerk that I used it two weeks ago and the clerk told that it didn't matter. The other clerk shouldn't have allowed me to use the account. I was told because of covid they no longer were allowing people to pay cash on charge accounts because their sales are down. Well now they will never get any purchases from me. So 20% of zero is zero.

Great knowledgeable staff. Found parts here that I had trouble getting. They took only 2 hours to ship what I needed from the warehouse on a Saturday. I was very impressed.

My experience was 0 out of 10 I could not understand that you hire people selling auto parts and they have no idea about auto parts names ? Or even how to do simple search on their system to try to find out what the customer looking for , Simply asked me to go to Auto shop and asked them about the names and bring her the list. Okay good luck with this kind of customer service
