LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! We have been here twice to get our truck fixed and have been so pleased with the service we received We recently had our truck broken into and our rear window was smashed we shopped around a bit and were estimated a 1600 dollar average for repairs, Novus was able to fix our truck at a fraction of that price so cheap we were Ble to get our windshield replaced with the money we saved. Our truck was back in our hands fixed and ready to go after only 2 days the service is remarkable the workers are honest and in car maintenance honesty can be sometimes hard to find. This is the ONLY place I will take my vehicle and the only place I would ever recommend Thank you Novus for treating us like family and taking our stressful situation into a positive experience
Hands down the best experience I have had at any repair shop I have been to. I called in and spoke to Scott (I think his name was), He gave me great pricing which was a better deal compared to the other 4 shops I called in Edmonton. He got my vehicle in the same day to replace a broken passenger window. When I arrived, All the staff was super friendly and helpful and were always asking if I needed anything (water, juice, coffee or if I wanted to sit and watch TV). They offered me a ride so I ended up leaving and coming back later to pickup the vehicle. Novus glass was able to repair the window in a timely manner with quality work. When I picked up the vehicle, everything worked completely fine and the door was put back and reinstalled as if it was never disassembled in the first place. Highly recommend this place as there service, pricing, and quality is UNBEATABLE!. Thank you Scott and team!
Such an amazing experience dealing with Scott at Novus. Our vehicle was back to us in an hour and a half with a shiny new windshield! The guys from Fix Auto were very welcoming as I waited for the work to be done. Definitely recommend Novus Glass!!
I took my truck in to have a chip in the windshield repaired. Scott did the repair and noticed a second chip. Both chips were repaired very well and timely for a great price!
