I have been using this shop for the last couple years for anything I need done. They are honest and care about the vehicle and the customer. Scott the mechanic is absolutely top notch. Both Scott and the front desk staff are wonderful to deal with and treat you like a friend. Best shop I have ever dealt with!

Went here after seeing all the great reviews. They were super cheap, so I had the inside of my car cleaned. As a bonus, they decided to wash my car (on the outside) too. The wash ended up damaging my car (see photos) and when I asked them to repair it, they told me it wasn't there problem. I won't be going back with customer service like that.

I received such good service when I had come in to have my brakes looked at. Since I am a new car owner I was worried that due to my knowledge gap regarding vehicles someone may take advantage of me. My brother highly recommended this place and I can see why. The shop could have had me pay for new brakes and I would have been none the wiser, but they were honest with me. The mechanic explained clearly what I needed to know and charged a fair price (which my brother confirmed) for the services that were performed on my brakes. I am so happy that I came to this shop!

I have recently received a repair recommendation from a ford dealer, for a high sum. Taken back by the price I reached out to multiple auto repair shops to see if something could be done at a cheaper rate. Off-Whyte brought me into their shop and showed me the repair was not necessary at all. Apparently there was nothing to repair. It was great to be treated with respect and not simply charged money, a happy day.

My AC wasn't working they said it required full maintenance. I have do so and paid. Not worked AC next day. Nothing changed. Now they said something wrong in electrical circuit panel. I guess they need to properly diagnosis the issue. Edited: See attached photo
