Most horrible and nasty management and managers. Rude, arrogant and unprofessional. The senior community manager is a real unprofessional!

I can't believe this building doesn't have 5 stars already! The building itself is very, very nice. We searched everywhere to find a place to live and this was the nicest place we found... by far. The staff here are incredible. They are always professional, friendly, attentive and helpful. There is cleaning staff maintaining the building every day of the week. Even on the weekends! Everyone that I've met that lives in the building has been very happy with their home. The downtown location is super convenient. The heated underground parking is a huge plus. If your looking for a classy, clean, convenient place to call home, do yourself a favour and check out Oliver Village.

Horrible, horrible experience. After moving in our dishwasher immediately stopped working and it took 3 weeks to get fixed. Soon after that our fridge stopped working and again took weeks to get fixed. About 6 months in our blinds completely fell apart and it took 4 service requests and eventually a visit to the building office (had to leave work early) before they were replaced. Also, don't expect anybody to ever be in the office, there always seems to be a \be back soon\ sign at the door. Upon moving out we had the suite professionally cleaned. However, Brenda, one of the building managers, still managed to find to find dust in the sliding door track and lint in the dryer door. She claimed it would take a full cleaning crew 8 hours solid to get the place clean. She then scolded us like children for not using their preferred cleaning company. We ended up losing most of our security deposit (along with a few hundred dollars for the cleaners) all because of some dusty blinds, some dirty sliding door tracks, and some lint that Brenda found by reaching up in to the dryer door. It's absolutely sickening that she can get away with this. If I could give Oliver Village zero stars I would. Stay away!

I wanted to book a viewing for these apartments, i’ve seen them and they look nice from the outside. Though every time i call, no one answers the phone. And the few times i’ve tried to go as a walk in, there’s no one there to answer the buzzer. Maybe there’s not enough staff, but if they can’t treat prospective tenants well, i don’t wanna be tenant, get in to a problem with my unit and non of the staff is there to help. And after seeing some of the reviews, maybe it’s best i look else where.
