Paul and Cheryl go above and beyond to help their clients. I get quick responses to email, often talk to one of them immediately when I call, and the turnaround on filing taxes is prompt. The portal they introduced to file online was user friendly and I was finished in just a few minutes. Documents were easy to upload and the process was straight forward. Paul and Cheryl go out of their way to help us with our business and personal taxes. They are phenomenal! They will answer any and all questions! There are no such things as stupid questions. The “subtle hints” that they send to remind us that we are due to file, or are overdue filing are much appreciated! Just wish that they would come over and kick us in the behind instead! Might motivate hubby to get the books done sooner! All in all, they are great people to deal with! Highly knowledgeable, very open, and at times, entertaining. Paul’s sense of humour is awesome!
