I really enjoyed living at the Panorama. I was there for almost 4 years and worked shift work for most of my stay. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and yet has access to everything. The building is super solid and distinct in its design. I also felt a sense of community there that was just right. Not overbearing. Management was also very good and were always available, communicative, and professional. It absolutely was a positive experience! Cheers !!!

Living at the Panorama is a wonderful experience. The property is well maintained and management is committed to a high standard of service to their clients. I moved into the Panorama 3 months ago and rented a recently renovated suite. The finishing is of high quality throughout. I must also add that the premises, whether common area entries and hallways through to the underground parkade are kept spotless. It's a real joy to live here.

I currently rent an apartment in the Panorama and it’s by far the best building I’ve ever lived in. The staff are so friendly and helpful and every concern or question I have gets addressed immediately. I’d recommend this building or a Realstar Apartments-managed building to anyone!

very nice place to live at. The place is just few minutes away from downtown, the area is calm and the management is very nice, helpful and seeks tenants' satisfaction.

I went for a view. Old building, overpriced, seems like a problem area. Property management was also screaming at an indigenous guy and telling him he's going to call the cops on him....for walking. Zero out of five.
