After 16 days and numerous emails, still have not resolved issues with missing parts in shipment. After a quick response from Peter at the Edmonton store I have received the missing parts from my order. It is unfortunate that a public post was required to get action as opposed to going through the ‘support’ channel. I have placed other orders previous to this with no issues and good service. Will continue to do so in the future.

i recently ordered some 02 sensors for my f150, pricing was fair and shipping was relatively quick, but one of the parts showed up and the box was clearly already opened, and there was even a grimy dusty film on the wire. Disappointed that it wasn’t a brand new part that was shipped, and now i’m having trouble trying to get in contact with someone at the store here locally to see if i could come by in person to swap the part out because it’s a time sensitive thing.
Bought all new brake pads, shoes, drums, etc. For an extremely good price. At least half of what the same parts cost on Napa. Came on time with everything in concise boxes, couldn’t be any happier with my purchase even though it looked to good to be true in the first place which landed me in these comments. Took my chance and got exactly what I wanted in a timely matter, so I came back here to give some positive feedback. I would recommend this site!
Pretty sketchy that I can order online: 1 set of brake pads that may be picked up at the Edmonton location quickly, but for the rotors I need, they are only available to be shipped to me directly. I mean if you had any automotive sense as an auto-parts business you'd know how counterproductive that is, and how inconvenient for the customer this is. And why would I trust the shipping option at all, given the multitude of poor/delayed shipping reviews online. After reaching out via email to customer service asking for an exception, I was told: "We regret to inform you that the rotors are not available at Edmonton warehouse for pickup. The rotors could only be shipped to your address, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please feel free to reach us in case you need any assistance. We would be glad to help you." It seems clear you are not glad to assist or help. Neither customer nor service centered. A company that will not ship from warehouse to its OWN LOCATION in Edmonton. Wow. So no, I won't be buying my parts there.
We ordered front struts and a filler neck tube for a 2004 vehicle, and everything showed up around the 7-10 days later. The parts were perfect. Perfect fit and great quality at the absolute best price.
There is no satisfactory way of communicating with PartsAvatar with any issues. I order 3 ignition coils for my vehicle but when I receive the package there was only one ignition coli in the package I was charged and the package slip showed 3 but only receive one. After many attempt through their chat line and 3 emails sent I received only can messages back. No way of speaking to a person to discuss issues and no satisfactory reply to emails sent. Shipping takes forever around 3-4 weeks. Ordered parts on April 13, 2021. Said that I was gonna get it on April 1623. I got 1 part out of 3 that I ordered on April 22,2021. It is now April 28, 2021 and one of the part that I order hasn't even been shipped yet. No one to call/Won't even compensate for the delay of the products. Won't recommend this company to anyone. Not sure if it was Edmonton/Vancouver or whichever but big NO for me.
As of this posting, April 6 2021, I've ordered 3 times with no issues. This is my go to place right now. Good prices, shipped quickly, they sent what I ordered.
