Communication with PTMAA has surely been a struggle. It takes several emails just to get my point across. They are rude over the phone and it takes months to get any sort of documentation in the mail. Their documentation is a basic typed version with no authentication factors on it. We have requested several changes to take into account and none have processed correctly. We are dissapointed in the level of service PTMAA has provided our company.
