From viewing the suites to lease signing Velkjia consistently demonstrated professionalism. She responded to phone calls and messages promptly, she is willing to work overtime to meet with her clients EVERY TIME. She has always got the “plan C” to suggest, her opinions when guiding customer’s decision making was always honest. She is highly knowledgeable about the renting process, had given us many helpful tips and advice. Her devotion to customer satisfaction made us feel warm and fuzzy! We rented at Dunedin House and suffer 3 month we able to manage there. Apartment have big problem with elevator on right side move by its own all day! Get stuk sometime. And VERY much noise from it. We rent close to elevator and we had to move in 3 month becase noise from elevartor we hear in apartment! Cannot sleep in night because right elevator move all night and close and open door every 5 min on ground and 3 floor! Awful!
