Just called to get a quote to move our house from Spruce Grove to around the Chickakoo area (about 15 minutes outside Stony Plain). I called and it mentioned that the employees were working from home. I was quickly answered by a very rude man. He was short and when I asked how he was doing today, he gave me a quick \good! How can I help you??\ I told him what we were planning and he seemed annoyed because I didn't simply say that I needed a quote for moving. I was very clearly bothering him on his Saturday. He asked for a postal code of where we were moving from and to. I didn't have the postal code we were moving to. Instead of trying to help, he simply said he couldn't do anything without that. I had to find it myself without him even attempting to help in any way. I finally got the postal code. Apparently it is in the Carvel region even though it's so close to Stony Plain. He said they didn't service Carvel. I asked if there were any options in that case. He said they didn't service Carvel. I understand that he is just an employee, but he is also a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Unfortunately, this man has no idea what customer service is. I'm sorry I bothered your Saturday. But don't worry, we won't be using this company again. Neither will anyone I know. There are plenty other options.

We were very fortunate to have the support of PODS again this year for our Pets in the Park festival. This community event is also a large fundraiser for our shelter and their amazing generosity is an important part of making it possible. Not only did they donate 3 PODS for the event, but they also went above and beyond to adhere to our unique transport schedule between locations.
