I have been a customer of Pride Automotive from March 2015 and have not taken any of my vehicles to another shop since. Anything from out of province inspections to mechanical repairs and maintenance, Pride Automotive is a one stop shop for anything you need. The work they do is top notch and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond to their customers needs. Aside from doing excellent work- they also have very reasonable prices. Not too expensive, but not so cheap that you begin to wonder whether or not the work will last. I have had everything from clutches, exhaust pipes, oil changes, and leaks repaired here and everything has held up extremely well. On several occasions I have recommended Pride Automotive to friends and they have had similar, positive experiences. My brother, my sister in law and her parents all use Pride Automotive for any vehicle concerns. Honestly, I love these guys- visiting their shop is such a good experience. Everything is easy, straight forward, up front and well priced. You won't find a better experience at another garage.

Pride Automotive has been our auto shop of choice for the past 4 years. My first experience with the shop was for a tire repair ... Pride was near by but an unknown entity. I was impressed by how quickly the work was done (and with a smile) and best of all the price was good. We now bring our cars in for all our auto needs ... the service is always excellent, friendly, and timely. As a woman, I have not always been confident that the repair advice given by other shops has been honest but I have found all of the staff at Pride go out of their way to ensure I understand what is needed (or not). I give them full marks for being honest and more than fair!

From the prompt service, the friendly helpful knowledgeable advice from the other end of the phone, and the accommodating way i was able to pick up my vehicle when it was finished. These guys were great to deal with! I felt very comfortable with what they charged me aswell. Highly recommend!

AMAZING experience had by this first time client of Pride Automotive! I was given a quote over the phone which beat every other quote I had gotten, and they stayed true to their word. They respectfully called and asked my permission before working on anything over and above what I had requested to be fixed, and gave me the prices up front so that I could make my own decision. Completely blown away by the honest, respectful, and professional way in which they conduct their business. 10 out of 10!

I brought my car to Pride for engine problems. It seems like a welcoming environment and they walked me through step by step the work they were doing and the cost so I knew I wasn't getting ripped off. The facility is huge with a big paint booth for auto body work also. I was really impressed with the garage itself and the work done. I recommend everyone bring their car here

I have been to this shop several times the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. It is a very friendly and welcoming environment. I have always been given a fare price with no surprises and a detailed receipt with everything done and parts used. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
