Sean was awesome! After shopping ALL the big stores and being told that I need wider than EE fit and that it was hard to get I almost settled for a skate that I'm very uncomfortable wearing. Sean took my measurements and found out what the real issue is (has nothing to do with width) . Spent over 2 hours with me. explained what the challenge was, and provided with information that I needed . Found me the right fit (regular width by the way) spent over an hour stretching, baking and adding a wedge to my skate to make sure I'm comfortable. I can't thank him enough. Sean should be training those big stores how to find someone their skates. Professional and pleasant to deal with

They are the best. They spent a lot of time finding him the best fit for mu son's feet (they are weird). The staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellent service. Attentive and knowledgable. I've been searching for the right fitting skate, have been to box stores such as sport chek and hockey life and their staff were not very helpful. After days of searching I eventually found these guys who provided the fit I needed for my wide feet, and made all the modifications for a comfortable fit. During that time I learnt alot about the skates; the manufacturer, the design, the fitting process, how to care for them/what to expect - I learnt much more than anticipated.
