Ryan Carr was absolutely amazing. He gave me a deep tissue massage and it was the best massage I have ever had. He had the perfect amount of pressure and warned me when there were tight areas he would be working on. He consistently made sure I was comfortable. There was a combination of chatting and relaxing silence which is what I prefer. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend him!!!

I went to see Janice (the acupuncturist) for a sore knee that was caused by my job, which requires me to work on concrete and steel. I was feeling pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. Janice was friendly and knowledgeable, and after just a couple of treatments my knee felt much better. The pain went away after one treatment and the stiffness and reduced mobility went away after two follow-up treatments. Since then my knee is feeling great and none of the symptoms have returned.

Went there for prenatal massage and acupuncture for my first time! I felt completly comfortable while I was getting my acupuncture done being pregnant and my first time their acupuncturist is amazing! And at 30 weeks pregnant it really gave me alot of relief in my lower back, hips and shoulders. They have special pillows for the massage and I was actually able to lay on my stomach and all the pregnant ladies know how much we crave that! It was total relaxation for the 90 mins. Couldn't say enough great things about them!
