We have had the Rain Man Irrigation system for 12 years now and ever time they come to start the system up and then shut it down; each and every employee like Eric(k) today that came by to shut down the system gave us pure red carpet treatment. We had almost 30 years old furnace broke down a few weeks ago at the time when weather was freezing cold. We called RAIN MAN and help was delivered within a couple of hours. The old furnace was fixed right away. It was amazing.....because of urgency, the available technician who came for help needs to get advice from his senior by phone while fixing the issue. Eventually it worked out well. They made sure we are warm. Then, on the next day another technician (Joe) with more experience came and fine-tuned the furnace and made it to function perfectly. Rain Main has been working for us for our irrigation system and other plumbing issues for many years already and every time, we are always happy with their service. We will definitely recommend Rain Man to all our friends. Thank you so much to the team, Warren, Mark, Joe and Lee.
My furnace stopped working on the coldest day all year. I called and Mark was there within 45 mins. He really listened to me about what had been happening. He throughly checked the furnace for problems as nothing was obviously causing the issue. Instead of just replacing parts he took the time to trouble shoot. He discovered the problem was not the furnace but the 110 switch supplying the power. How he finally deduced that I can’t even imagine. His knowledge and experience speaks for its self. I would not hesitate to recommend Rain Man to anyone. They are the best choice. Google only offers 5 stars, they deserve 10.
