His professionalism and the lack of “high-pressure” sales tactics allowed us to choose the right vehicle for us. So helpful! The excellence continued with, Rio Foster, the Business Manager that helped us complete the purchase of our new Crosstrek. Rio was friendly, professional and took the time to help us choose the best protection package and finance options to meet our needs. He even listened to our stories about outdoor adventures. I just picked up my new car tonight. I had a fantastic experience with Rally Subaru. Miguel was my sales representative and it was like working with a good friend. Never at any point was there sales pressure, which is important to me. Miguel was very informative and kind. My finance representative was Rio and he was also kind and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking to purchase a new Subaru.
I had a great experience at Rally Subaru. Kaz graciously walked me through the buying process, helped me figure out which model/trim was the right one for my needs and when I couldn't decide on the colour, he gave me some great suggestions for researching the Subaru vehicle colours online. I eventually decided on a dark grey Subaru Forester Touring and although they did not have this specific combination in stock, the team at Rally Subaru was able to locate one just in time for a road trip I was planning!! The purchasing experience with Reed was also pleasant and efficient. I look forward to my new relationship with Rally Subaru and all the roads ahead!
I have been looking to buy a vehicle for a few months and looked at several dealerships and options. All of my experiences so far had felt super pushy. From the moment I walked onto the lot at Rally Subaru the guys just came across super helpful! Justin was great to deal with during the sales process, not pushy at all. Rio in finance was also great. I had a fantastic and super easy buying experience with Rally. 100% recommend.
im writing a review again after months of owning a subaru,i got my service done for today because of faulty airbag that some parts needs some replacement and only for a 2month old car and already showing some faulty and it took almost a week for them to fix it after i got home i notice a small mat from my head unit got stuck it looks like it got rush from being repaired and not able to check everything properly before putting it back ,now i have to call them again tommorow morning for a new appointment hope it will not take them so long to fix it ,even planning a trip with my family this weekend now i feel disappointed i have some simple question but not answered properly.i've been a long time mazda owner and had no problem like these, recently got from accident and choose subaru my next vehicle hope i will not get any issues like this in the future .

We recently purchased our 2nd vehicle from this dealership and we would happily purchase a 3rd from them as well. Igor in sales was very friendly and informative. He always kept me up to date with the status of our new vehicle and wasn’t pushy at all. Michelle in service was a pleasure to deal with and Reed in finance made this big purchase as simple and easy as possible. All around Rally Subaru is a great dealership.
