Absolutely devastating phone call to try and get an interview to try and get help. The woman on the other end absolutely tore my face off for simply asking why I had not received a booking for an interview after I submitted the intake forms. Rude, berating, absolutely unacceptable for this kind of work. People need to feel comfortable trying to get into recovery and this one woman alone has given me a reason not to go here. Do not give this place even the smallest bit of your time!!
