Ben and Chad were at our house to replace the glass on a very high window. They did a superb job and were thorough professionals. They finished the job faster than they had originally told me and, were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves. We really appreciated the fact that they took extreme care to ensure that our walls and floors were not dinged by the scaffolding they had to put in. All in all, they did a truly wonderful job and it is great to be still able to experience this level of service this day and age. Above all, we appreciated that they followed all COVID-19 related protocols. Thank you Ben and Chad and Reflect Window & Door for a truly exceptional customer experience.

This company was highly recommended by a couple of my friends and now I know why! Reflect Window & Door went above and beyond. The ladies at the office were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nicole was able to arrange the installation to a time and date that worked for us. Travis came to diagnose the issues we were having with our windows & they gave us a quote within the same day. We had a couple of quotes but Reflects pricing beat them all. Ben came to our house to do the install, he was polite, professional and completed the install in a timely manner. Our window cracked due to the cold weather. We called Reflect Window and Door and Travis braved the cold and came out the following day and quickly did a quote which was emailed to us the same day. The replacement window was quickly manufactured and Nicole arranged the installation working with our schedule. The installer Chad was super friendly, efficient and did great quality work installing our new window. We were extremely happy with the timeliness, quality and excellent service.

Due to an incident with our Security Company, we had a False Alarm and the Fire Department ended up kicking in our back door. We were in a real bind to find someone to come out and survey the damage as quickly as possible. Although we had our windows and doors replaced a few years earlier by a different company, we did not want to reach out to them for help. I called Reflect and they had someone come out within a day and provided us with an estimate that afternoon. Due to the fact that we were still in negotiations with the Alarm Company – we wanted to wait to have the work done. When the date finally arrived, Sheldon came out and did an exceptional job. The replacement door and casing were installed much better than the original. With the initial damage, we required a new dead bolt and Sheldon took our key to the locksmith to have it re-keyed to match our other locks. Something that I thought I would have to do myself. Unfortunately, he was not able to install the Screen Door on that day, as modifications needed to be made to the outside of the house. Ben and Chad came by and measured for the modifications. They then returned at a later date to install the screen door. Again, the installation was much better the before. Ben made sure that the screen door closed properly each and every time. This is something that it never did before, we always had to close it by hand. On both days that the work was completed, they made sure that the area was completely cleaned up before leaving. We didn't have to do a thing. I would highly recommend Reflect Windows and Doors. They are professional, courteous and do a fantastic job. Our only regret is that we didn’t know about them when we had our windows and doors installed a few years back.
