Changed my rating just now because despite a bit of trouble originally with my haircut, my stylist Raymond was more than willing to work with me and provide me with options and possible solutions to fix whatever wasn't working for me. I appreciated that the staff was ready to book me in and treated me with kindness and respect. I will be waiting for my hair to grow back, and will be back soon :). Thanks Raymond and Ricci staff!

I went to this salon being new to the city and Julia was so friendly and welcoming which was just an amazing way to start the appointment. I get a bit nervous trusting new people to cut my hair but I felt like everything I was saying about my hair and the cut/style that I had envisioned was listened to and worked with. I am VERY happy with the haircut and how friendly and outstanding the service was.
I had the BEST experience at Ricci with Jeanette. I was connected with her through an online auction, she donated a GC for a local family in need. I was very happy to go to someone who supports the community and then she exceeded my expectations. She was so nice to talk to, she did a phenomenal job on my cut & color and it was speedy and clean, everyone in the salon was friendly. Highly recommended!!
