Great service experience. Staff is nice. Unlike west ed Hyundai where i bought vehicle from, they dont even recognize you after you purchase the vehicle. River city did not try to add additional services and overcharge me. West ed told me twice out of 4 services i have flat tire which seems fishy. But i liked River city location quick, to the point and efficient my vehicle feels brand new when i drive. Thank you keep up the good work.

From the enthusiastic video he made of the car, to our great test drive and negotiations, he was informative, enthusiastic, understanding, and fun. So let's start by saying how extremely nice everyone was at this dealership, originally we were only going to look and make a decision but we straight up decided with this amazing beautiful suv. Thanks to bassam for the amazing work and patients with us, he really took care of me and my wife, this has to be the best expirence I've had a car dealership and I absolutely recommend anyone to come to this dealership and get a car here, they are amazing and I don't think I had a moment where someone wouldn't ask me if I needed something. I went for oil change because I had free oil change otherwise I would not come for oil change. They charge me for inspection for no reason. Worst hundai dealership service.
