Rena and the crew were just amazing. Not sure what we wanted, what we could afford or what would look good, I called around and in the end, it was Rena that I wanted to work with. My husband was hesitant at the colors she suggested, but then we visited the slabs and he was totally convinced her ideas were what would look best in our kitchen! She was so friendly, open and honest about answering all our questions! The installation crew had everything in place in such a short time and it all looks truly amazing! My husband even recently said \I can't wait till we do our bathrooms!\ And to be honest, neither can I!! A few changes has made our house new again to us!! Thanks!!

I can honestly say i would never buy a counter top through them again. Rena was awesome to deal with granted she is in sales so it is her job to be wonderful to the customers. When installed there were some with square corners and some with round corners which looked awful. No one ever asked a preference but regardless there shouldn't be two different styles in one kitchen. They re-cut my small coffee bar i am sure out of the remainder of the slab i purchased and took off my island to change the edge so the whole kitchen would have square. They did an awful job on the corners for the island. in the grand scheme of things it should have probably been re-cut. Not only that they left a large overhang beside my fridge which limited my spouse and i on the size of fridge we could put there. They should have done the same overhang as they did beside every other appliance.... I wouldn't go to them because they didn't ask the questions they should know to ask. me being a first time renovator wouldn't know i had to state those facts.

Called there yesterday to get some info on quartz and Reena had a wonderful telephone manner and got back with me the information within a few hours. If they have the product I am looking for, I would certainly want to deal with them if Reena is any indication of the level of service. Well, that was three weeks ago and as of yesterday, I have a beautiful quartz countertop in my vanity. I wound up going with Riverbend Stone and I couldn't be happier. Price and service were both excellent.
