We have lived in this building for a year, we love it so much, the staff is great, most tenants are very friendly, the view is absolutely amazing, and so many cute dogs here️ sadly we are moving, bitter sweet as we are relocating to BC. Effi who works in the office is always very accommodating, I would recommend t building to anyone looking for a place to call home
Very horrible experience. The entire floor is filled with smokers. I have to deal with an apartment that smells like weed every single day. All boardwalk has done is remind me that weed is now legal. They send endless notices without any actual effort to fix it. Do not live here if you don't don't smoke weed, it'll drive you crazy.
