Every chance my partner and I head to Edmonton, we have to pay a visit to Sabor! We recently celebrated my birthday here (had not been back for 2 years) and the food and service is still just as impeccable! The quality, presentation and taste of the Portuguese and Spanish cuisine is unbeatable. We’ve ordered a variety of dishes and tapas off of the menu over the years and we love ‘em all! The seafood paella, three boars, Chilean sea bass, risotto & pasta! Highly recommend trying everything off their menu at least once! The food is crafted and made with so much love (and you can definitely tell at first bite). ___ Food: 10/10 Consistency/Quality: 10/10 Service/Staff Vibe: 10/10 Interior/Exterior Aesthetic: 10/10

Sabor is usually pretty great, but this time not so much. Ordered take out and the tenderloin was supposed to be cooked medium rare, but came out closer to blue rare. Staff member who handled the pick up had his mask below his nose and barely covering his mouth, and made no effort to put it back on properly. Probably won't be returning.

This was my first time at Sabor. The service was friendly and delivered on everything. My reason for 4 starts is because the shrimp was slightly over cooked as well as the scallops. I did enjoy the set menu of the family seafood dinner. It included muscles, clams, lobster risotto, scallops, prawns, halibut, salmon and 3 desserts. I had been planning to come here for weeks and finally made it. If the food had been cooked as expected for the price point, everything would have been perfect and I would have given 5 stars. Thank you for the experience.

Fantastic service, lamb was amazing! Rest were ok. I asked the server if I should get the lamb or boar - he said lamb - he was correct!

This was my first time here. Amazing food! Awesome service! We ordered the Family Style Seafood Dinner. The tastes...the flavors.... I loved everything. Definitely will be going back again and will recommend it to everyone.
