Great place, nice customer service. Took my car in for a brake bleed after repairing a broken line. They were very friendly, fair priced and gave me a complimentary ride home and free inspection & even washed my car off for me. They didn't try to up sell me on any parts or work they just gave me the inspection sheet with a quote. Friendly people actually a decent shop which is hard to come by .

I found everyone to be very friendly. Even when I was in my vehicle waiting outside everyone that walked by smiled as they entered the building. I was greeted warmly and they made me feel like I was special. They replaced the turbo in my little car and also checked everything over so see if there were any other issues. They contacted me before completing any repairs and explained what needed to be done. I was very surprised to see my car was washed before I picked it up. That was just an added bonus. I was not feeling very confident driving my car before bringing it to Sandy Lane but now am happy to be able to take it on the highway knowing it is safe to drive. Thank you Sandy Lane, I will be back and will definitely recommend you!!!!

I had my 2001 BMW 330i inspected for vacuum leaks and rough idles when engine is cold. I was pleased with the diagnosis and the fact that it was done on time. The service consultant Brandon H. was friendly and professional. Also, Rebecca , the other consultant behind the counter was very pleasant. The complimentary Latte Coffee was great.

Not very many mechanic shops (or businesses in general), would take as much time as Sandy Lane did to get to the bottom of a problem. I had a bad experience, due to a mis-communication, but the owner took more than half an hour to talk it over with me. In the end, they went over and above my expectations and saved me a lot of time and money. I appreciate the attention and time they gave.
