I lost my wallet here while watching a movie in the evening, and only realized it after getting back to my hotel. I was quite worried because I was leaving Edmonton early the next day, before the theatre opened. Thankfully, the manager was a real nice guy and let us in to look for it that morning. We didn’t find it, and we left the city, but later I got a phone call from him telling me they had found it and would mail it to me! Exceptional service from that guy, I wish I could remember his name. The movie was also a great experience, and the food was good if not hilariously overpriced, but what do you expect from a theatre xD

This is a great movie multiplex destination. Several theatres with an IMAX screen also. There is lots of room and it is clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and courteous. I have been coming here for many years and have always enjoyed the experience and ambiance. As part of West Edmonton Mall there is easy access to the theatre.

It's a theater, but not what it used to be. Now this used to be an attraction at the world's (sometimes) biggest indoor mall! But not anymore, the fire breathing dragon is gone, and there are still some remnants of the old theater hanging around. The spirit of this place seems crushed. The staff do their jobs and the place is clean enough, I have not seen the concession at the back beyond the ticket line open in over ten years. Which would be nice so you can pop out and grab another drink really quick. The seats all recline, and it seems like the air conditioning is either on low or turned off most of the time. But other than that its just a standard cineplex theater now. Grab a slice of pizza, some popcorn, a pop and watch some mindless escapism for 90 minutes. Unless you have something better to do.

Great experience at this Theatre. My son had lost his wallet in the theatre and the staff went above and beyond to help us find it. Thanks a lot.

Miss the theaters already. Also that girl Lea Latoureau doesn't know that Tenet is the only film that had bad audio lol. Nothing to do with the theaters itself, just the movie lol. Also she doesn't know how to properly make reviews lol.
