THIS LOCATION IS CLOSING - 6075 88 ST NW, EDMONTON AB. People were notified a few days before Christmas 2020 that the 88th street location was going to be redeveloped and would be closed 31/1/21. It is old and a lot of the units were on the second floor with access by stairs only (or forklift for moving items). We took up the offer of a free moving van from Sentinel for relocation and moved our files to another location of Sentinel. The new location matched the same price I paid at the previous location. Thank you for for service over many years, and for matching price at the new location.

Their website says you can hold a unit for free! But when you call they require you to pay a 26.25 administration fee. I canceled my unit before the possession date, and they refused to refund the administration fee. If that’s not a scam than I don’t know what is. I will never call these people ever again! There are many other options for self storage in Edmonton and I suggest that anyone interested try elsewhere
A great experience all around. It was my first time renting space, and as we were packing, it was determined that the original space was not large enough. I got to a location that was open, and quickly and easily changed to an appropriate space. Thanks again!
I thought the service was great. Perfect location in city. And locker was in good location on site. Will use your storage facility again for future use. Probably in 2021 when i do my firewood again.
Prompt service over the phone on multiple occasions while setting up a storage unit for the end of the semester. The unit itself is what I'd expect: clean with some leaves and precipitation near the door. I requested a drive up unit, which they delivered on, and the lot seems quite secure. Location is easily accessible, and the promos they offer students made Sentinel stand out from other options.

Great location and storage unit sizes. The ground has a couple of large pit holes that you need to keep aware of.
