I did a check on my vehicle as a trade in through AMA and my info was sent to Freedom Ford. They have called, texted and emailed me none stop. I have repeatedly told them to remove me from their system as I will not be buying a vehicle from them. They have called 20 plus times, 10 plus text messages and 8 emails. This is extremely poor sales. Stay away unless you want to be harassed none stop.

Made arrangements to see a car. Called before my 45 minutes drive to make sure car was still available. Took ages to reach the vendor. After confirmation that car was still available I drove to the dealership and car was sold. Don't go there waste of time.
Got my pickup in and out under a hour happy with the time.

I love coming to ford service especially because Roxanne Autor is always their to sort things out. She is professional and highly knowledgeable.
In 2014 I bought a F350 new. I have driven it a total of 96,000km. In the last year I have driven a total of 9,000km and have had a disgusting maintenance cost of, between what I have spent and what I currently have to “repair”, over 14,000. I have loyally owned Fords for over 30 years and have never had such a horrible experience. I was without the use of my vehicle last year for months because of insane costs. It was an experience that has made me question Ford quality I have always been happy with. I cannot in good conscience continue supporting Ford products after this experience. My greatest regret is all the money I have sunk into this truck- had I know what a piece of junk I had bought I would have traded it off years ago.
They will try and sell you anything and everything under the moon and holy are they pushy about it. Truly hate this dealership and I recommend everyone I know to stay away.
Jon Gold"fish" was amazing and got us into what we needed. Gave us a loaner while the deal was being set up. Overall I'd do it again.
