Great selection of disposable vapes!! They have allo, ghost, puff bars and gcore. (They also sell pods for rechargable vapes). Their staffs were friendly and informative. Will definitely come back!

The young guy who is working at the customer service/ 4:20 pm/ is disrespectful b/c he is not voluntary to check my lottery tickets After he received my 6 dollar for lotto max he spread my money on the table ,refuse me to buy He shows me disrespectful manners at every my visit in this shope but the others customer service personnel treated me in a nice way & my message concerns only this gentleman man who didn't respect elders.

Do not enter this store. Horrible customer service from the young man working there. He will always argue with the customers that enter this store. If you want great service, visit the downtown location. I'm sorry I've ever entered this place. You've been warned.

They had a pack of Voopoo N3 coils priced at 19.99, the package had a price tag that the manager peeled off in front of me and then refused to honour the price. Well Part 2 of this review due to the lack of business integrity. So I went back to this location after being contacted through here by the “owner” of Shefield Express. I had honestly thought they would make good on their comment and I would have taken down my review plus put up a good one. I have always had great experiences at other locations. So I went back and the same lady that not only wasted my time and embarrassed me in front of the other people in the shop was there. I informed her of what was promised and the restitutions by the “owner” that replied to my review. She then informed me that she was the owner and it wasn’t her that replied. Then she actually tried to convince me that what had happened didn’t. As if I have the memory of a goldfish! Which I informed her, no I watched you rip the price tag of 19.99 off the product I bought, then had her son manually put in the price which is why I made them give me a receipt. So either the woman that says she owns the place is a liar or whomever is registered through google to be the owner is a sham. So I wasted yet again my time on this deceitful unethical hole in the wall shop. Do yourself a favour, don’t waste your time or money on this place and if your taking your lottery tickets there, make sure you write your name on them as I could see this woman try and claim them for herself if she would rip off 5 on a customer.

They are charging 26 for JUUL pods when they are 22 everywhere else. Also I did witness the young man lash out at a customer in front of me. Given she was Playing on her phone being rude by not paying attention to him, he should still be careful in the line of work he’s in... The time before that I experienced the senior gentleman being very rude to me as mentioned in another review. I wont be going back there anymore.
