I did bring my truck to this location because of friend suggestion. normally 150 out of province inspection everywhere in Edmonton. this guy charge me almost 300 charged 10 covid 5 hazardous material which does not states what it is and every time I talk to him he rise the price and hours to charge for a service. 15 minutes of work to be done for front west gate and 15 minutes for oxigen censor replacement west gate 2 hour oxigen censor 1 hour other services also rise from 6 to 7 to 8 he does not even know what he is talking about. this guy says my tire nuggets must be change 120 for it which i am using it 7 years already without any problem. even he want me to change tires because it must be 17 inch not 18 i checked your speed normally has to be 100 but your car goin 102 or 105 which he doesnt know what he is talking about. must be 1 of them right not both. do not bring your car to service here he will rip u off with his high price tag. at the and he will show you how much he will rip you trust me i know how many hours need to change things he will make it double time. thanks to youtube we can see videos. my advise do not bring your car here doesnt matter how experienced he is

I am from Vancouver, British Columbia and have never met a more honourable man that Sam Nguyen. When he told me about his workplace, I advised him that I have had my very first car since I was a teenager and was restoring it after almost 50 years. I would never just let my car be touched by someone I didn't trust. After negotiations, I decided to let Sam restore my car. It is a 1973 Toyota Celica, a car you will hardly ever find, because they are so rare. I drove to Edmonton, and left the car with him to repaint the exterior. It was late summer and we needed to get the car back to Vancouver before the early winter set in. Sam delivered the car like it had come off the showroom floor. I am truly indebted for his gracious workmanship and would highly recommend any person or business that needs any work done on their automobiles that Downtown Auto Repair, owned by Sam Nguyen is the place to go. I am able to say that you will not be disappointed in your experience with Sam. 10 out of 10!

Had my Lexus recently repaired at Simplicity Car Care and they did a fantastic job in repairing the damage to my passenger side door. The service was seamless and excellent. Sam exceeded my expectations on explaining the process and following up throughout. The staff treated me like family and were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My car was returned back to me in showroom condition! It was with great pleasure to find such great service and workmanship.
