I dealt with Mike two years in a row. He was great.he was efficient. Some woman told me today that he had moved on and offered to take on his accounts. That is fine if you are willing to give service. The woman then went in a schpeel that she wanted to work to her convenience which was online and video. She, like all other entitled people, said she is immunocompromised..yadda yadda. I was not offered a discount to cater to her convenience. I don't like the idea of bending over backwards for someone that I am paying. When I told the woman that I could bring her a mask and that I was in recovery from bone marrow failure myself..she handled it by ignoring me..lol. Don't go here folks unless you want to pay someone for the privilege of catering to them..rather than them working for your business. Some people have obligations where they don't have access to computers and internet from their car. It appears that this accountant thinks that I should run home in the middle of the day from work, school, parental obligation, and more...to video chat and conference. Since I live on the edge of town...I am not normally in my home for a random hour in the middle of the day and if I was, I'd be trying to have a meeting in front of 5 other family members! Thanks but no thanks. Go to your office and clean it like any self respecting professional!

My husband and I dealt with Mike and he made the whole experience great. Thorough, respectful and knows every little thing to get the most out of your taxes. We learnt a lot from him about our taxes and explained everything to us without rushing anything. I can't say enough good things about Mike and his service. We have full confidence that our taxes are being done professionally and accurately. Highly recommend Mike.

I setup a meeting to go over my tax filling, waited for 15 min but the account did not seem to care much, so I left. If that's how they take care of their customers in the beginning, you wonder if your future experience will be any better. I told them my first impression was not a good one and I rather not give them my business. Also when I made appointment they did not even send an invite, I sent them an invite to make sure no one forgot. I hope other people have better experience than I did. I hope with this review, they will value new customers more.
