Outstanding service. They called me this aft stating I have a 400 credit which I could use to anything in the store. I purchased a leather living room set 5 yrs ago & never used the warranty. Needless to say my trip this aft was very successful & I'm more than thrilled with my items I picked up. I definitely be returning to this store

Another great experience. The first time I ever purchased a couch was from sofa land was 13 years ago. Their service was great and accommodated my request of holding on to the couch until my house was built. My most recent experience was just as amazing. Jennifer was able to answer all my questions and I never felt pressured to buy. She was very helpful and provided me answers to all my concerns between the different fabrics to choose from. It is a family run business and it shows because they really care. I would highly recommend stopping by. On July 6th I received myna special order couch. The delivery was great. They called before to schedule a time frame of 5 hours. The delivery people called 25 minutes before they came to my place so I wouldn’t be stuck at home. The two guys did a great job super courteous and were careful moving things into the living room. They set everything up and made sure everything was working. They cleaned up any mess they had made during the installation. Super happy
Sales person Luba and manager very accommodating. Store and warehouse staff helpfull and prompt. The only snag was the antiquated payment system by phone and email. In the end we got it figured out. Leather chairs are lovely.
Friendly staff who were not aggressive and were understanding when we did not find what we were looking for. Excellent quality items on the floor and apparent excellent warranty.
