I highly recommend Solaris awnings. Ours was quickly and professionaly installed and look and functions amazingly well. We were unable to use our upper deck on sunny days due to the heat and direct sunlight but now it is a beautiful extension of our home to the outdoors. Phil was excellent to work with and answered all questions or concerns before during and after installation.
We recently had an awning installed over our south-facing patios door by the Solaris Team. From start to finish, the experience was amazing! Their representative, Phil, explained what products would best meet our needs, the booking team made sure that the installation would be done at a time that worked well for us, and the installation team were polite, efficient, and would not leave until we were completely satisfied! Easy going company to work with. There were some hiccups with the install initially but Solaris dealt with the issues no questions asked. They communicate well and sorted out the issues and in the end got the install perfect. I was satisfied by their support/handling of the issues and did not feel at any time as if they were trying to avoid correcting the issues. I would recommend them for business to friends or family. Looking forward to using the awning this summer! Thanks Solaris!
