When I met Nicole for the first time I really wasn’t certain that I would be able to find a common connection with her business. Although we both work in people’s homes, I don’t know the first thing about window fashions. At the same time, my company was putting together a package for a high end customer that wanted automated systems in their new home that included blinds. I attended training for the blinds that are offered by a company called Leviton and quickly realized I was completely out of my element. When I visited Sonata’s showroom I felt as if the stars had just aligned! Sonata has expertise in the area I didn’t want to try to take on. Automation is certainly an area our company works with but blinds, well, not a chance. Nicole and her team became an instant match for our company, and we have begun to work on other projects as well. The team at Sonata is knowledgeable, friendly, and up for all challenges. The ease with which they handle all the variations that customers throw at them is commendable. I highly recommend that our customers check out the Sonata showroom and see what their team can do for them.
We recently contacted Sonata with an issue on one blind. After investigation, they decided to replace that blind plus two other blinds in the same room with an upgraded system ... at not cost! Priscila was very attentive to our needs and Troy the installer was also super.
