After missing a number of items on an online order (that I was charged and paid for) requiring a second trip, instead of bringing out the missed items immediately, I waited another 30 minutes for the items. When I called back they were barely apologetic for this colossal waste of time.

Lots of healthy choices, new items, and seasonal splurge items. It was busy and staff looked run down. We drove in from out of town, picked up Peter's burgers and ate in the Superstore parking lot. We had 3 different men begging and knocking on the window. We witnesses women, that were going to shop alone, just drive away without getting out of their vehicles. They may be harmless, but perhaps a parking lot attendant would be worth it. A dedicated section for ladies shopping alone that would enjoy an escorted walk would be classy.
My go-to place for groceries, sometimes a bit dirty
Tried out express online order for pickup and it went fantastic I got 40,000 points which is a 40 in store credit. Lines aren't to bad and you can go to self checkout. Unlike Walmart they seem to always have appropriate amount of tills open.
Rock solid grocery store with helpful staff
I always get gas here because of the PC points that I acquire. I always pay at the pump so I can't say much about the staff.
No bad experience so far
Clean, well lit and stocked. Prices are substantially better here. My go to location.
