We bought furniture from them in December 2020. Got it delivered on December 6 and within a few days to a week, I called spoke to the manager and he was so rude. The sofas that we bought had started to sink in and tried to explain to him and he Started educating me on furniture and I was like this is not the first time am buying furniture. He was so rude. So I sent an email with videos and pictures explaining our situation. He never bothered to follow up with us so I called again and was given the run around. Finally got a hold of him and he said that the company that made the furniture won’t be able to help. So I asked him to do the claim again and this was in the beginning of January 2021. It’s March,2021 still have not heard anything from them. Spend your money elsewhere. Dealing with this company has being a headache the sofas have literally fallen apart in less than 3 months. We literally flashed over 1500 down the toilet by buying furniture from this store. I don’t know how they are still in business. I would never recommend this store to anyone. The sales team is super pushy and so on your face so unprofessional and lying about their furniture and it’s horrible quality. I have never had such a horrific experience in purchasing anything in my life. We are having to purchase new furniture after less than 3 months of purchasing “brand new”sofas from surplus furniture. Is there a way to give them NO STAR!!!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. We would really like a follow up if possible

We bought some furniture from them in summer 2018 with the 5 year VIPP warranty. We are planning on moving now and the furniture is falling apart. My husband remembered we got the extended warranty and called them they said that there is a warranty card inside the box of leather care products that was given to us. We checked the box for anything remotely resembling a warranty card or reference number... Nothing so we called again and asked them what to do they said you can't do anything because they keep no record of which certificate correlated with which invoice so he said fine i'll buy a new set with the warranty and then submit a claim on the old set we had and the sales guy said you can't do that because they can check it but quickly realized what he said and back tracked. My husband was able to get through to the third party company that they sold us the warranty through and dropped them an email since they required a copy of the receipt and a copy of the warranty certificate so they must have a record correlating them. Hopefully they come through but we aren't hopeful. Totally agree its a cash grab.

Went in to purchase a new sofa. Initially the sale staff were pleasant but were very pushy to get a sale. We found what we were looking for and put a down payment on it. I returned 2 weeks later to make another payment. I wanted to use debit and cash to make a larger payment. Told me they dont like accepting cash. I also found the exact sofa we purchased on there website for 110 dollars less than we paid. Asked if they would adjust the price to the new one. He said he didn't know and maybe they could make arrangements for something when I come to pick it up. I highly recommend avoiding this store. I wish I would have purchased something from another store even if it meant I had to pay a little more. Lesson learned.
