Outstanding customer service!! I am not terribly tech savvy (that's putting it mildly )!! That said, my experience at this Maximum Mobility Telus Dealer was nothing short of superb! Both Tyler, along with the owner/manager Steve, patiently walked me through getting the exact right phone for me. Although I am not tech savvy, I am particular about what features I want on a phone, to the point of being high-maintenance. I have been a client for 10 years and EVERY TIME, they have gone FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE. They have always worked hard along while at the same time being creative in getting me the perfect phone, at a reasonable price. Their service is what keeps me coming back over and over again. On my most recent visit to the store, I brought along my sister, who does not even reside in Edmonton. I did this because I knew that they would yet again provide that BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE to find her the phone she wanted. She IS tech savvy and knew exactly what she wanted. They had to work extremely hard to find it, but find it they did. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a new phone but more importantly, service of the highest quality. Now...... if only they could teach me to be more succinct/less long winded in writing reviews!

Not recommending at all. I guess they are Telus Business Store until they sell you something, after that they are just the dealer not willing to help at all. I asked Tyler to call Telus so that we can have 3 way phone call since due to Covid I am working from out of town, and not able to drive to Edmonton, for 5 minutes phone call. I also asked to talk to manager, if he is not able or willing to do that, manager is not in. And he was not willing to call Telus. I also called on Saturday and spoke to Sebastian, I asked for manager - manager was not in. 0 for customer service. There was not desire to even try to help. All businesses are working hard to come up with solutions and ways to safely accommodate customers but still to satisfy the rules. Here? No. Maybe manager should come in sometime. **** November 21 - update. Client Relations Specialist for Maximum Mobility - Krystal reached out to me, and resolved the problem. Thank you Krystal. I hope that in the future staff will take the information from a customer and pass on the concern to Client Relations Department if they are not able to resolve it personally.
The staff's knowledge of their products and professional attitude is a breath of fresh air...

Long time customer - even go back to old name Edmonton Cellular when it was a single office upstairs in Leemar Center. I was an original customer and have been loyal over 30 years. NOT ANYMORE...
