How long should it take two staff members to acknowledge two customers who walk in at the same time when the store is otherwise empty? 7 minutes, apparently. After that wait, they were utterly useless to accomplish a task that was already paid for, as well as set up by their location in Grande Prairie. They weren't even willing to try, for a nurse or a 90 year old man. Just pathetic.

Absolutely brutal service, made me wait 45 minutes just to tell me I have to activate everything on line. Spent less than a minute with me after that wait. I go home with the SIM they sold me in that minute and it’s the wrong type of SIM so I have to go back anyways. No apology, of course. Go to a real Telus store, these guys are a joke.
