One year ago Dina forwarded a listing which she came across of an amazing home that fit our family’s needs and “checked “ all of the boxes of the perfect home for us. She did an amazing job of negotiating the purchase for us with unending attention to all of the details involved in a luxury home purchase. We hired her as the listing agent to sell the home we were living in. Within 9 days we had 3 offers and sold our house close to list price . We were confident in her abilities and once again hired her a few months later to sell an older rental property we owned. Dina came through, bringing one of her own clients to the table. She acted as both listing and purchasing agent but we were treated fairly and were very satisfied with the end result.
