Jan 14th. I needed get delivered 2 different packages(separate orders). but delivery guy delivered just one package and he is gone than he checked delivered 2 packages same time. so i called customer service next day and service told me check it out what happened. and said other item is in warehouse. so will be delivery later. but never delivered me. so i call c.s again couple weeks later. and called like 5 time more. but c.s always say gonna check out what happened gonna start investigation asked my email address and will contact me. but never contact me. that lost or stolen package was not very expensive one. but this company's service, delivery is worst in the world. You didn't give me email address or something so I just upload screen shot pics. Last number 0037 is delivered. 0039 isn't delivered.

This is the worst carrier service I’ve ever experienced. My Best Buy product was ordered online via delivery and a few weeks later I never heard back about my order, no updates at all, and never got delivered. It’s now over a month and I haven’t gained any new information about my order. Imagine having less money than expected because of the lack of communication from this service, thankfully it wasn’t an expensive item. At least let me know why it was canceled. This is the only instance I’ve had a problem with an online order. There’s no excuse for this. The customers shouldn’t be the one to contact Best Buy and initiate an investigation. Have more respect for your customers.
Absolutely the worst parcel service ever! There are no tracking updates, deliveries are never on the expected date... even preCOVID. Package still not here, no updates, no contact. Customer services cannot even be called bad because it doesn’t exist! If you try calling you will be thrown in a call cue as caller 15 or 16 and told you are different caller every 45 seconds but as soon as you reach caller 4 or 5 the music stops, there is white noise followed by disconnecting. And this was not just my phone I tried it with several other phones of friends and the same thing happened on each call. Their system is set up to not provide customer service! If you have a company who’s shipped using this service cancel you package now for a refund!
Ordered baby items from Carter’s on Monday as I am expecting in two weeks and needed the last few items that were not purchased on my registry. The package shipped Monday from the local store in Edmonton and I received notice on the tracking that my package was to be delivered on the 10th. Well..still nothing...I’ve sent two emails to the company with absolutely no response as they have not updated the delivery date and do not give specific information on their tracking system similar to other postal providers. I finally called them yesterday using the number from the website since they don’t provide any phone option on the tracking page, only to be told “the package has not yet arrived at the designated warehouse but was picked up from the store.” I was then told just to keep an eye on my tracking, even though nothing has been updated and “hopefully soon it will be delivered” Absolutely poor customer service. I have a package that shipped from Toronto on Monday and arrived Thursday via FedEx, yet these guy cannot even deliver a package that ships and delivers within the same city within 5 days.... I’ll be reaching out to Carter’s soon to make a complaint and recommend against using this courier.
Online it keeps updating the expected delivery date but package never arrives. When I call they claim they never received the package but they do have a tracking number. Terrible customer service and the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. Not the first time they have lost. Package of mine.
