had them come to my house and set up a bouncy house march 20th, 2021 and they were amazing. very professional and chatty owner. its great to have people like this these days. taking pride in their business and that's amazing to see. I will be back next year if weather is nice again. I received my deposit back by 10pm that day and everything was returned cleaned. thank you the big bounce theory! you made my kids day!!

We had no issues with our bouncy castle order. Yanick was always prompt at responding to my messages and getting the order set up and it was a good price too. They came with the unit and set it up on time and returned our damage deposit the same night. The kids loved it and had so much fun!!!!
