New owner has decided not to honour prepaid dry cleaning cards. Typically owners assume the obligations of the business they purchase, apparently not in this case. Counter staff became quite hostile when I asked for an explanation. You've saved 10 by not honouring the cleaning that I have already paid for, but now you've given up the 500 that I spend annually at your business. In this economy you may want to refocus your customer service strategy.
