I am very happy with both the product and service I received from The Gramophone. These people are knowledgeable, responsive and offer a fair price. You can phone them and ask product questions to a real person who knows what they are talking about you can't do that with online retailers.

Brian was great to deal with. Very accommodating as I listened to a variety of integrated amps until I found the one that was perfect for me. It's been a little over a week and I can't stop listening to my music.

Today's the day my Rega Apollo CD player, bought years ago from Gramophone, goes from closet shelf to recycling station. But first, this review. At first, the sound was thrilling (I had also bought a receiver and speakers from G.). A few months later, the CD player skipped, stuck, then refused to play at all. With expired warranty, I took the CD player back to Gramophone for repairs, waited seven months, paid money, and got the sound back -- but only for a few weeks. Then, same problems---problems, it turns out, that Rega Apollos are known for. The gramophone guy who sold me the system was defensive, patronizing, and anything but helpful. And now, Apollo, let us go, you and I . . .

I'd like to say Thank you to everyone at Gramophone for their efforts in resolving issues with my speakers. A big thank you to Bryan!
