Excellent customer service and if you need people that know a lot about exactly everything than it's your place to be. I almost didn't have to explain what I needed and a floor worker put the things in my hand together and guessed what?? it was that i was looking for! :-)

Was more than a little upset with the lack of customer support. I will explain went into Home Depot 99 aveTo order and have installed 2 screen doors this was sept 23 top right corner of print off. Second picture point #1 one of the three contractors will contact customer within 3 days to discuss job here we are October 1 no call. So I call the 1800 # to see what happened agent tries to call the listed contractors again even she got no answer. Then forwarded me the the help help desk at which point I get the flooring installation division, they can’t make heads or tails of what went wrong but turns out the job code was from another customer. After spending 30 mins on the phone I am left asking the agent if I will be getting any compensation for time wasted and having to start the process again to which he replies “I am unable too but the home service manager is the person to talk to. I know that Home Depot contracts out all the installation work but if the company that they choose to align themselves with can’t even answer the phone the customer definitely deserve better. It might not be a big ticket job but when you work shift work and just need it done one less thing I have to do helps.

My favourite DIY store. Even the store greeter can tell you what aisle to find things in. Store is need and easy to find what you need. Also there is always knowledgeable staff to ask questions about things and they ALWAYS give you an answer or help you find things. Beats the competitors hands down.

Never really had any issues shopping at Homedepot. Staff is friendly and helpful. I always find what I'm looking for. Prices are pretty good.
