Hands down the best place in the city. I went to three different stores trying to find outfits and this place had lots of them and everything I needed. They went above and beyond and its a family owned business. This will be the only place I go to from now on.

products are amazing, with a wide selection but service is lacking. The sales associate is extremely aggressive, short tempered, demanding, and ill mannered. Treating customers with the kind of disrespect that drives customers away. With such awful staff manning the front desk it will be interesting to see if the passion vault will continue to be in business within the next few years. Edit in response from the owner. Again they accept no responsibility for their actions no have any desire to improve or make amends. Unfortunately what you see is what you get.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also have a large selection of high quality toys. I would say the best choice for anyone looking to spice things up whether You’re new or experienced.
First time here with the girlfriend and I. Mike made us feel comfortable and well informed. Store is very well kept, and clean and safe in these covid times. Can't wait to come back and get more toys. Thanks for the great service!
Been here a couple times the first time I didn’t find what I was looking for but the woman helping me offered some other options and recommended me some other stores which turned out to be very helpful. Second time the gentleman working was very friendly and made sure to give me a discount for being a dancer. It’s a very clean and reasonably priced shop with great staff.
