We had a quarantine holiday where we stayed in, drank beer, and ordered skip the dishes. The room was nice and clean, and they supplied us with nice pint glasses to drink from. Ordered some coffee and eggs Benny for breakfast and it was excellent. Would stay again.
Stayed here this past weekend. A comfortable stay and the staff was amazing. Friendly, kind and always offering to assist in anyway. We got to swim for an hour everything we booked a swim time.
I was there for an exam only, so can't comment on the majority of the usual hotel services. As for the exam setup, everything was perfect. The hotel itself is clean and easily accessible. There was a public parking just across of it. I give 4 stars simply cause I don't know about the rest of services. I do however, thank the managing team for caring to reach out for me for the missing star. Thanks guys.
Booked this hotel for a guest and the staffs are friendly, efficient and the effective. They have great service delivery. While some construction & renovations are currently going on, the stay of the guest was not impacted in any way. Great views also. Highly recommended!!!!
I stayed at the Westin Edmonton for 3 weeks - 2 of those weeks I was quarantining. The room was very clean and comfortable with a lot of space! The entire staff were incredibly nice, professional and super responsive especially when I needed extra towels or food delivery during quarantine. I interacted the most with Joumana Ghandour (the general manager), Brad and Ahmad. They were absolutely wonderful! I had several boxes delivered for work during my stay and they were always helpful in bringing them to my room. Joumana was so sweet and even drove to customs and spent 4 hours of her busy day to clear a box on my behalf!! Parking was easy and safe, the gym was clean and accessible and their covid cleanliness protocol was very reassuring. Highly recommend the Westin Edmonton and I would definitely stay there again!
I was in this hotel for 10 nights. The service was awful. I called for the laundry but they answer me: "sorry we do not have laundry service in Saturday and Sunday"!!!! I have never seen the hotel does not have service on the weekend!!!!!! The breakfast menu is not good! You do not have many choice also the food quality is not like 4 star hotel!!!!! I had rather to order from skipthedishes or ubereat!! I called them and asked for water they told me we will charge 5 dollar for every delivery!!!! If you want you can come in the lobby and take the water!!!! There are no toothbrush, no slipper, no toothpaste, no shaving cream in the room and when i asked them they told me sorry we do not have!!!!!! I went to dollarama and buy those stuff. I was in room 10 night and they cleaned my room only one times but it is fine because of the covid. To be honest it is better to stay in other hotel.
Although we live in Edmonton, we stayed here when my daughter was dancing at the Edmonton Ballroom and Salsa Gala in November. We were proud to be one of the sponsors for the event. Everyone was so accommodating. The room was amazing and the facility was great. Can't wait till the next gala.
