The technician, Chris, was very professional. He discussed every step he took so that I understood what he was doing and why. He didn’t leave a mess and the work was done very quickly which is important when water to the whole building needs to be shut off while repairs are done. The office staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

We've been working with Thermo-Tech for a decade to manage the boiler and hot water heating system in our 100 year old house. They have done a fantastic job, including responding promptly when the boiler that came with the house failed completely in a bitter cold January. Highly recommended.
This company was a pleasure to deal with. I had to get a plumber while out of province to replace my sump pump. They were able to come in within a couple of days and replace it at a cost less than the one they originally quoted me. Very friendly staff; highly recommend using these guys.
I called Thermo-Tech at 8:00 AM, by 9:30 AM my Air Conditioner was repaired and running again. 1.5 hours to get a tech to my house and repair the appliance is absolutely exceptional customer service.
