I was sent here by nothing but tires because of the deal they have with them. Tire capital employees were either not wearing masks at all or had them around their chins. They did not distance from customers and actively came closer to people. They mount and balanced my tires but when I checked the pressure before leaving on the tires they did, they had over inflated both and not even to the same psi. They did not sanitize before or after touching anything in my car so I had to Lysol the high touch points myself and the kicker - they didn't even lock my doors or fully close the window they had opened when they finished and went back inside. UPDATE: the owner personally called me the next day to apologize and say he would be getting in contact with the store as this was not how he runs his business. At the very least, I am impressed with him handling the situation and will be changing this from a 1 star review to a 2 star.

Solid 5 star rating, had my new all season tires installed here today , super good pricing ,the staff were very friendly and helpful, waiting to get tires installed can be a very time consuming painful ordeal , not here , the crew here did a great job , I'd have no issues recommending Tire Capital to my friend's and family, so If your in the market give these guy's a try !!

I had a great experience today! Needed a changeover and balancing, bought a used one from Nothing But Tires (they collaborate and you get a deal at TC) and brought my flat tire on the rim and new-to-me tire in, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Staff were friendly and prompt!

Completely charred paint of wheels where lug nuts go in. Need to learn what size of socket to use. Better off in going to a reputable place like fountain tire or kal tire, where work is warranted.

The tire install service is very good and good price. Was referred by place I bought the tires. However, the front desk people have zero customer service skills. constantly on a phone while dealing with you. Rudely asked for "the keys". Before leaving I noticed my caps not on my wheels. Went back in and asked him and he rudely said to pull around back! Guy ran out with them. They are rough around the edges with dealing with people and after buying tires from another super friendly place, it's a big let down when this place is so cold. NO MASK BEING WORN by him and some of the other staff and he dealt with numerous other customers during my 1.5 hour wait (standing). The receipt he gives you is just the cash tape (no receipt showing what was done). Should realize some people need proper receipts for business etc.
