My experience working with Titan Flooring staff, specifically Tammy and Devin, has been exceptional. I experienced a flood in the spring which required a renovation of my entire main floor. Titan was amazing from the moment I selected the new flooring, the installation and final follow up. I am ecstatic with the results! I am impressed with the workmanship and the warranty/guarantee. As a small business owner, I appreciate the fine details Titan staff used to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend these professionals!

Titan did the flooring installation for us, as part of a restoration after a flood in our basement. They worked hard with us to pick the right flooring for the situation, and were very good about communicating the timelines when the material we picked was backordered. Delivery and installation was on time and done very professionally. The installers cleaned up all their mess (boxes, glue, tape, rags, sawdust, everything). Other than our beautiful new floor, you can't even tell that they were here at all!
these guys are one stop flooring shop, they have a ton of samples for you to look through and choose from they also have rug examples for manufacture and a really friendly stuff to help you out with all of your questions.
My general contractor (Paul at 99 North Renovations - great guy!) uses Titan Flooring and so as part of the house renovations we met up with Terry to find some tiles for the master bathroom. Titan have a great selection and Terry had lots of neat ideas on options to layout and tile the bathroom. We also needed new carpet and the hardwood floors extending and refinishing. Working with Terry was a pleasure and Titan have some excellent installers.Tim that installed the shower and tiled the bathroom and also 2 fireplaces did quite exceptional work. The hardwood floor extension and refinishing were spot on - you can't tell where the original 20 year old oak floor ends and the new floor starts even though we had the dark stain removed and went with a natural finish. Terry made sure everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the end result. We would definitely recommend Titan Flooring and will use them again in the future.
Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Made choosing design materials incredibly easy. Highly recommended.
